For groups
For groups booked in advance (from 12 people) we offer 10% discount for the Ice Age Centre ticket.
Group visiting should be booked in advance info@jaaaeg.ee or +372 5911 3318. In the interests of providing the best possible service to visitors, the Ice Age Centre has the right to apply a waiting period to unregistered groups.
Guide service, should be booked in advance. We offer guide service in Estonian, Russian or English.
Guide tour lasts for one hour. Upon request longer or more topical tours can be ordered. The maximum group size is 25 people per guide. In the case of larger groups, additional guides must be ordered. If the group is more than 15 minutes late, then the agreed upon one hour tour may be shortened accordingly.
Teachers are granted free entry in the ratio of one teacher for every 10 children. Student group chaperones are required to monitor the children’s activity in the centre throughout the visit and to ensure that the internal rules of the Ice Age Centre are followed.
Catering for groups is available upon request.
Groups may pay on site or on the basis of an invoice. When paying with an invoice, please bring along a letter of guarantee.
