Teachers’ strike

Jääaja Keskus peab oluliseks toetada õpetajate streiki, sest usume, et meie tulevik on noorte kätes ning õpetajate kindlustatus ja töötasu mängivad selles olulist rolli. 

Jääaja Keskus soovib anda oma panuse, pakkudes jaanuari lõpuni õpetajatele tasuta sissepääset meie näitustele.

Lisaks sellele viivad streigiperioodil meie giidid koos ekspositsiooni partneriga AdExpert läbi töötoad Võru Gümnaasiumi 11. klassis pakkudes nii tegevust õpilastele. Nii valmib koostööna uut näitus „Särtsutuba”, mille avame juba märtsis.

The Ice Age Center considers it important to support the teachers’ strike, because we believe that our future is in the hands of young people, and teachers’ security and pay play an important role in this.

The Ice Age Center wants to contribute by offering teachers free entry to our exhibitions until the end of January.

In addition, during the strike period, our guides together with the exhibition partner AdExpert will conduct workshops in the 11th grade of Võru Gymnasium, thus offering activities for students. This is how the new exhibition “Särtsutuba”, which we will open in March, will be prepared as a collaboration.
